My dad's PX2 XL cruise hasn't worked since he got it. I think it may have been disabled since a bunch of other stuff was also.

What changes do I need to make in Forscan to re-enable this? I tried looking thru BCM and IPC but nothing I tried seemed to work.

Some notes:

In-case it has any effect, the radio has been upgraded to Sync 3

The Cluster has been swapped to the dual screen cluster - I think the car it came out of had Adaptive Cruise

He has also replaced the steering wheel from an FX4, which I noticed has different cruise buttons, guessing this might also be part of the problem.

Pic of the wheel.

I tried this but seems like it’s already off.

Anything else to check?

I did scroll through each module non asbuilt but I thought everything looked ok.

I attached IPC asbuilt if that helps at all.

Backup your IPC as-built you are in non as-built.
Load factory data, just accept all errors and write it all.

This will load you old cluster as-built to this twin LCD which is acceptable.

Clear and check DTCs then add any additions options afterwards.

Will try this, just to check, does this require that forscan was connected before the cluster was installed?

If it does, I’ll find the old cluster hopefully my dad still has it and pull the data out of that.

No, this will download factory data from online.
