There is a forum on here on how to set it up mate but I have a feeling for some reason that Apple only worked with the wifi version. Stewart is your man to help you out. But if apple does work with bluetooth version. Push the button on the obdmx it should start rapidly flashing then you should see it come up if you search for it in bluetooth. Once paired head into the forscan app and go to setting and then find the setting bluetooth adapter and select the obdmx you should be up and running after that.

Hi and welcome mate.
I suggest you plug the dongle into the second port and leave it there.
Second Port location... viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1541&hilit=Second+port
The MX+ dongle should work with ios.
Have you paired it with your Bluetooth PC to use Forscan?
Do you have the free license installed in Forscan?
The OBDLink app on a phone/tablet is for monitoring only, look here to set it up.. viewtopic.php?f=57&t=1459
You can have custom PID's set up as well, a Custom PID Tutorial is also on this site.
You will need to pair your phone/tablet with the dongle as well.
You can't change any settings with an app, only Forscan.
I hope this helps you.
