Hi All,
Besides purchasing the radar sensor, does anyone know if it’s possible to enable adaptive cruise control on a 2018 mk2 XLS?

Thanks,
Brad

Sorry I don't know the answer to your question but I have to say I was a bit skeptical of the Adaptive Cruise Control when I first got my Ranger. But now after using it for 18months reckon it's the best thing since sliced bread. Love it and can understand why you might like to retrofit.

I would say no, not unless you also replace the instrument cluster and then there may be specific firmware updates to other modules, which may or may not be available.

I will also say you will run into alot of other obstacles along the way and as I have never been asked to do one, I cannot give an outcome.

I would say leave it alone unless you are confident in programming modules and have a way to recover them.

Plausible. I won't say no, again you will need CCM module, plugs, loom or make one. Note that canbus wires would need to be run to camera on the windscreen for PX3. Cluster will be fine and most likely some firmware changes on a couple of modules Ong with as-built changes in about 5 modules.

I will not day yes outright because I have not done it.
