Hi, Was wondering if anyone can assist me in finding the correct wire for the dome light to connect my Ambient Lighting kit on (OPT7 AURA PRO). I did this on previous Toyota's as I Know Toyota's wiring but as this is my First Ford I need some help please.

The Light kit has 3 wires, + and - then the last one is for the dome light because it lets you change the colour for when the doors are open which is a nice feature.
If anyone has a few tips for me on where to connect these wires it will be much appreciated.

Hi Stewart, I finally have some time because of the lockdown to install this ambient light kit, I did look at the post and found the wire for the dome light thanks, but do you know where I can connect the + power wire so that the kit gets power when you unlock and run the vehicle. I thought that a good wire to tap into may be the park light wire but I’m not sure if you can access it from the interior?

Assume you only want it powered when other forms of ambient lighting is on?

If so then one of the wires from the 4wd selection switch may do what you want.
