Question should be asked "FOR WHAT"?

One is not neccessarly better than the other, you need to expand and say how and in what way want to use the adaptor.

WIFI, Bluetooth and USB each have the advantages and disavantages depending on what you want to do, what devices you want to use it with and how much you want to spend.

Please provide more information.
