How do I go about reverting back to my factory settings prior to me messing around with forscan?
I have downloaded the .AB file from motorcraftservice.com/asbuilt, but how do I use this within forscan?
These are the only options the motor craft services page gave me -
I found these instructions elsewhere, is this correct?
"First, connect to the vehicle. Then, go to the "Configuration and Programming" tab. Open the module you want to restore in (AS BUILT format). After the module loads, click the "Load All" button and drop down the "file filter" field to navigate to your saved .ab file and load. Rinse and repeat for any other modules you want to restore configuration on."
FYI I'm trying to get the ACM Module (ASBUILT) on my new raptor ranger back to factory as I'm having problems with some of the changes I have made.
(Yes I'm an idiot and didn't make a module back up, I'm new to forscan and only just realised I should have done this)

I'm guessing the reason I can't load the .AB file into the ACM is because the .AB doesn't contain all the asbuilt blocks. It only shows the first 5 lines. I'm guessing the other lines are radio station presets saved in the ACM data?
But totally guessing! That said if thats correct can I just copy the code shown on the AS built website to the corresponding blocks in the ACM Module?
Or open the .AB with something like AsBuilt explorer and copy the applicable code across from that?
The motorcraft services website shows a little more HEX than the AsBuilt explorer .AB file. (I'm guessing motorcraft site is showing check sums)
See screen shot of both bellow..
Am I correct in assuming I can ignore lines 727-05-01 to 727-06-04?
And that the only applicable lines to control the ACM are 727-01-01 to 727-04-01?

You don't have include checksm turned on in explorer, hence no showing everything.
AB files do not always contain all original data, also keep in mind some of the asbuilt you are seeing in Forscan is just saved radio channel data. Just copy what you see across as you have only made changes in those blocks anyway.
