I think this is for coding in transmission solenoids. This activity is not needed unless you replace one of them.

This is the Trans System Characterisation Data or TRID data Calibration. DO NOT TOUCH IT.

The TCM asbuilt on a 6 speed is the TRID data.

Basically if you update it, then it will be identical to what you already have. There is no update unless you change the valve body then use a specific TRID file for the new valve body.

Data consists of Variable Bleed Solenoid offsets which is determined by the Solenoid Supplier.
