Hi all,

I removed the battery on my wildtrak today to install LED low beam bulbs. In anticipation of having to remove a bulb error message, I already set myself up with OBDLink and Forscan etc. However, upon restarting the car, I've got every error possible popping up on the dash (hill descent malfunction, service needed; lane assist; pre-collision detection; ESC; Steering Assist) and I have no power steering.

Is there a specific process to remove/reset these error messages? If this is has been covered elsewhere, a link to the appropriate thread would be appreciated!

Many thanks.

Some further information - According to Forscan the car is throwing the following DTC:

BdyCM U0131:87-0A (Lost Communication With PSCM).

OK, this one was due to stupidity. As it turns out, the PSCM plugs directly into the positive terminal block and I just failed to plug it back in. On the plus side, I now know a heck of a lot more about the wiring, ECU's and fuses on the ranger!

What you have found make perfect sense as with no power how can the module be found.

Good work on the problem solving and finding the fault. Bonus is you also found the issue with the steering degrees being out.
