Will a px2 be able to read sensors from a px3? I've put stock fx4 max wheels and tyres with sensors on a px2 XLT and haven't been bothered to sort the tpms yet.

No. Different model sensors between PX2 and PX3.

Is there any way to make px2 to read exact pressure of
Tyres in the cluster? Could it be retrofitted?

You can fit a PX3 IPC and it will display tyre pressures but you will lose some other functionality. Another way is to go to FMODS.net and there is a "canbus box" you can build that will display tyre pressures and other things such as boost, trans temp, dpf info battery charge etc all displayed in the sync 3 screen
