Update, just to clarify this is relating the the power to the overhead switches in the ranger, I just found the power delay setting and I have changed that from the default of 1 to 3600 but this does not seem to affect the power to the switches which turn off as soon as the engine is stopped.

The change you probably found are only related to 12 volt sockets only.
For the upfitter switches in the overhead console the wiring diagrams show they are live at all times.
The last 2 are connected through the high beam circuit so will only be of use with the ignition is on.
If you are just looking for illumination timeout of those switches only then you cannot as they are linked to the cluster and panel illumination circuit.
