Hi Folks'

Restored my 20.25 2.0l back to as-built (thanks S) following a weird scenario where BCM seems to have reset itself.

I am now getting DTC's reporting that my adaptive CC files (and lane keeper) functions are unavailable (reported as "Front Camera malfunction).

DTC's report I am missing "Configuration files". There are also other DTC's which I can't clear in PAM and APIM including a CAN link error between two modules.

Being suspicious, two weeks ago I had a trans cooler fitted which required clocking the winch through a small access panel in the BullBar. Is it possible something (ie wiring) was disturbed?

Would this explain missing "configuration files"? and if so how to I get them back? Or do I go cap in hand back to the Dealer? (last option!!!)

I have attached text file of DTC's if someone thinks they can help.

Appreciate anyones time.

Thanks in advance.

RESOLVED

Turns out it was the Lane Keeping Assist configuration files that were buggered. Ran the LKA re-Calibration function on a freeway and then set PCM to relearn. All DTC's Cleared. Seems that the APIM doesnt communicate to the PCM if the files are absent or corrupt.

Thanks to those that offered advice.

My 2c..
You won't be missing any files. Merely the car saying what it can see [electrically] doesn't match what it expects.
The radar for AdaptCC is right near the winch. Yes, check for dumb stuff. The face of the radar needs to be vertical and facing directly forward.

Does Park Assist (PAM) work properly?. If yes, then I suspect someone has been playing under the dash and needs to have another go with their magic fingers. If Park Assist is not working, then solve that first.

Park Assist is not working either. I am getting DTC's from the four rear sensors on the PAM. Code suggests a dead short somewhere.
Not looking forward to looking for that. Must be a common wire somewhere.

UPDATE:

Cleared PAM DTC's. Found a connector tucked away up under towbar that had loosened itself.

Noone has been under the dash and the front is plugged in and clear etc.

So I dont have ACC and I don't have Lane Assist.

Still have APIM DTC's re configuration files.

Has anyone re-calibrated the Lane Assist in ForScan?
