Hi folks, I searched for Sleep settings on here but could not find answers to this.
I have an 21.25 Everest and fitted a Scanguage 2 to it. It goes to sleep when auto stop is turning the car off when at traffic lights etc and that is fine but on a recent 3 hour trip at started to Sleep whilst we were still moving. Is this caused by lower charging voltage & if so can I set it lower to say 12.5 volts & are there issues doing this? If it press the home button it wakes up again for some time. Thanks in advance. Cheers Rob

I have a 2017 XLT and before I turned on Dual Battery mode (turn smart charge off) the voltage would vary fro 15 volts to as low as 12 volts depending on engine load. I would suggest switching Dual Battery mode on. It will most likely fix your issue but also be much kinder to your battery.

Scangauge may be looking for RPM. Have you emailed Scangauge directly as their response time it generally very good.
